Instead, Flash Forged Technology creates an extremely lightweight structure that exceeds strength and safety margins without compromising performance. The FFT stock utilizes an aerospace monocoque shell to eliminate the unnecessary internal weight found on traditional composite stocks, resulting in a stock that’s a full pound lighter with a sturdy and more consistent shooting foundation. This ultra-lightweight stock combined with Christensen Arm’s signature carbon fiber wrapped barrel makes the Ridgeline FFT an outstanding choice for hunts that involve hiking long distances such as backwoods hunting. The FFT manufacturing process is also 100% zero-waste: all trimmed composites and defective parts are broken down and put back into the production process, which greatly helps Christensen Arm’s goal of wildlife conservation.
