The Amend2 Mod-2 Minus 5 Limiter provides hunters a quick option to limit 10 round AR-15 magazines to be within state laws for capacity restrictions. However this limiter is not a permanent fix to a magazaine and thus would not be considered legal for states with a 15 round limit if installed on a 20 round magazine. The Minus 5 Limiter is easily installed by swapping out the spring retainer on any Amend2 Mod-2 model AR-15 magazine.
